Our History

Since 2004, the Learning and Behavioral Center (LBC) has been a trusted leader in providing personalized support for children and families. Founded by Bita Ghatan, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), LBC was built on the proven principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — a method backed by nearly a century of research and success.

Driven by passion and dedication, we teach vital skills that empower learners to live fulfilling, independent lives while enriching their family relationships and shared experiences.

Beyond her work at LBC, Bita also founded the A.L.L. Campaign (Acceptance. Love. Leadership.), an inspiring initiative designed to promote inclusion, leadership, and kindness within school communities through powerful workshops and assemblies.
